Trauma or not?

So it’s 20May21, and the pandemic of Covid 19 has been active for a year and a month ‘officially.’

Does living through a pandemic like this, with the bastard in the White House, and our populace suffering from an amazing case of ‘us’ vs ‘them’ and masks vs no masks…..count as a form of mental trauma? Has our ‘daddy’ trump convinced our siblings he can do no wrong thereby removing our support structure that we should have as ‘one nation.’ So now Uncle Joe is in power and we’re still trying to figure out how to get out the other end of this mess

As I try and work out my podcast on mental health I wonder, are we, as a society, traumatized??
